Steve, President / Co-Owner

Steve spent over 20 years in the Information Technology field, mostly focused on solutions that guided Global 500 companies in their marketing efforts.  When the opportunity came along to purchase an Invisible Fence® Brand dealership with over 25 years of history, he jumped at the chance.  Being the owner of this dealership allows Steve to leverage his past experience in technology, marketing, and customer service.  Steve focuses on ensuring that each customer is satisfied and that the business continues to grow and operate to keep pets happy and safe in the Capital District and surrounding areas.

Libby, Co-Owner

Libby has over 25 years of experience in the finance industry and focuses on the back office side of the family business.  In addition, she has been an Invisible Fence® Brand customer for nearly 10 years. 

Chris, Service Manager

Chris has been with Invisible Fence of Northern NY for over 15 years. He is an expert at installing new systems and repairing existing systems- Chris's experience allows him to find wire breaks and repair them quickly and efficiently.   Chris is a Perfect Start™ Plus Pet trainer.

Gary, Technician

Gary joined us in 2014 and quickly got up to speed on our technology and training.  He handles installation, training and service.

Walter, Technician

Walter has been with us several seasons and is an expert at training, installation and service.  Walter has pride in his work and ensures your satisfaction!

Susan, Customer Service

Susan joined the dealership in 2014.  When you are looking to schedule an appointment or purchase a battery, Susan will most likely be the one that helps you.  Susan prides herself on seeing that each customers needs are satisfied.

Lyn, Pet Management Consultant

Chances are Lyn will be the first person you speak with regarding an Invisible Fence® Brand solution.  Lyn handles most of our in-home consultations as well as many of our first sessions of pet training.  Lyn will provide you with a customized solution designed to fit your family's needs.

Matthew, Accounting Assistant

Being part of the family owned business, Matthew's focus is on the back office side of things, but also jumps in to answer phones, perform technical troubleshooting and handle the inventory.

Laura, Inventory and Shipping

Being part of a family owned business, Laura is tasked with many different responsibilities.  Most of her time is spent on inventory and shipping.

Cali, Product Expert

Cali is a miniature poodle and has been trained on an Invisible Fence® Brand system since she was 6 months old.  She is happy to speak with your pet on how Invisible Fence® Brand systems can keep them safe and secure!
